1. Send an e-mail to info@slipintosoft.com and indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return..

2. Follow up the instructions we send in the email..

3. Drop off your package at the local post office(or another economical way, using flat rate or priority shipping about $5-$10 for customers in the US, don't use expedited expensive shipping). Send us the return tracking number after shipping out(we don't offer a return label, you need to pay the return shipping fee)..

4. If you need to return more than 4 items(including 4 ) we'll charge 10%-20% handling from your total amount of these returns.
